It is a carbon steel/mild steel welding wire using CO2 gas or an 80% Argon to 20% CO2 gas mixture in MIG/MAG welding processes, utilizing gas-shielded metal arc welding. It provides high tensile strength up to 50 kgf/mm2 and can weld in all positions for thin sheet steel, using higher current for vertical and overhead welding. The wire offers good mechanical properties, gives workpieces a good bead appearance, low spatter, smooth welding, and good melting with a smooth arc transfer from the wire tip across to the workpiece. Ideal for welding joints with narrow gaps, high-speed welding applications, and difficult welding positions. Suitable for structural welding such as structural steel, vehicles, pressure pipes, machine and equipment components, shipbuilding industries, etc.
